A little nudge – with a big impact

Our partnership with Danske Hospitalsklovne is a long-term alliance and forms part of Spring Copenhagen’s Spring Friends® NGO programme, through which we collaborate with and support organisations that help children and young people move forward in life. Spring Friends® is about joining forces to bring about meaningful change – together.

At the heart of the partnership is a unique product, inspired by the very essence of the hospital clowns. The wooden figure Puf – a playful little character with a big heart – was designed by Thor Høy and named by the clowns themselves. Puf has a special ability to wobble and find his balance again – just as the hospital clowns help children and families to do when life feels unsteady.

The collaboration includes various donation mechanisms, including a fixed donation of DKK 30 to Danske Hospitalsklovne’s work for every Puf sold.

Joint launch with Magasin – a powerful trioIn addition to ongoing joint storytelling and marketing across both parties’ channels, we launched the collaboration in close partnership with Magasin Du Nord.
All three parties came together to generate maximum awareness – and together we created a unique launch experience. In the run-up to the launch, Magasin provided exposure on its own channels and supported Danske Hospitalsklovne with a range of complimentary elements and activities in connection with the event.

The event ran throughout week 33, during which visitors could experience a colourful world filled with: fun treasure hunts, competitions with prizes, photo booths and enjoyable photo opportunities, meetings with the designer behind Puf, and much more

The launch sales exceeded all expectations, and the collaboration continues with the same energy and ambition.
