If you place your order before 13:00 on a weekday, your order will usually be dispatched the same day. Most orders are delivered within 1–3 working days.

Shipping costs €10. We offer free shipping on orders over €79.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or text message.

Please note: Delivery times may be longer during busy periods, such as sales, promotions and public holidays.

The item must be returned as a business parcel to our warehouse in Glostrup. Please remember to include your name and order number so that we can identify your return.

As a consumer, you also have a 24-month right to make a claim for faults and defects that were present at the time of delivery.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, and we never charge payment fees.

The amount is reserved when you place your order and is only debited once your order has been dispatched.
