Good Luck Trolls: From toy to design object
The first Good Luck Troll saw the light of day back in 1957 in the small town of Gjøl by the Limfjord. It was created by Thomas Dam as a gift for his daughter. It began as a self-portrait, but when he had finished, Thomas Dam thought that the figure looked more like a troll - and that's how the Good Luck Troll was born.
Since then, the cute and charming Good Luck Trolls have been loved in homes all over the world. And they have gone from being toy to design object for collectors.
The Good Luck Trolls have gradually grown into a large family, each with their own unique features.
The Good Luck Trolls with hearts have their very own mission: To spread love and spark friendships all over the world.
