Care and maintenance guide
Wooden products
All our wooden products are handmade and hand-assembled. This means that every product is unique, and there may be slight variations from one product to another.
Clean with a dry cloth. Avoid cleaning products and scouring agents, as these can cause permanent damage to the product.
Direct sunlight may cause the product to fade over time. To preserve the colour, we recommend treating the product with beeswax from time to time.
Painted wooden surfaces can be cleaned with a damp cloth.
The product has been treated with beeswax oil. Take care when placing the product on untreated, oil-treated or soap-treated wood, as well as on porous surfaces such as linoleum, marble and natural stone, as excess oil may transfer. Place felt pads under the product to protect delicate surfaces.

Kitchenware, stoneware and ceramics
Kitchenware, stoneware and ceramics are handmade and hand-assembled. There may therefore be slight variations from product to product.
For hygiene reasons, you should clean kitchenware regularly with a soft, clean cloth. Wipe them with a soft cloth wrung out in lukewarm water and then dry with a soft, dry cloth.
Ceramics can absorb moisture and leak. Avoid placing ceramics on surfaces such as wood, which are sensitive to moisture.
Handle all kitchenware, stoneware and ceramics with care. Check the packaging to see if the product is dishwasher-safe. Most of our products are not dishwasher-safe.
General precautions
Our products are not toys and must not be used by children.
Always use felt pads to protect exposed surfaces.
