Working together to plant the future – one tree, one generation at a time

 

How do you create gifts that go beyond the gift itself? At Spring Copenhagen, we believe it starts with responsibility, relationships – and with those who will inherit the world.

That’s why, since 2020, we’ve been working with the charity Plant et Træ to sow hope and a sense of purpose where it takes root most strongly: among children and young people. Together, we have already planted over 6,000 trees in Denmark – and by the end of 2025, we’ll have reached over 8,000. The trees are planted alongside children, making the initiative tangible, immediate and rooted in the community that binds generations together.

This collaboration is a natural extension of our NGO work with children and young people – and aligns with the values we embody in Spring Friends®.

The initiative was originally launched with our Spring Emotions® collection, but today it is an integral part of our approach to mindful design. Because when you work with wood, a responsibility follows. And we take that responsibility seriously – not least through long-term partnerships where actions speak louder than words.

We work continuously with Plant et Træ to spread the message far and wide – through the press, media coverage and clear visibility in our packaging.
