All products, designs, names, logos and content on this website, as well as other collected material and emails, are protected by international copyright and trade mark legislation. It is not permitted to use, copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, sell or market any of our products, goods or designs, product names, design names, logos or trade marks displayed on this website without the prior written consent of Spring Copenhagen ApS. These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law, and any dispute arising in connection with this, the website, its services or these terms and conditions shall be settled by a Danish court.

Spring Copenhagen collaborates with a wide range of rights holders and designers on the development and provision of various designs, products and concepts. Spring Copenhagen is committed to safeguarding the interests of rights holders globally, and all designs and products represented by Spring Copenhagen must not be copied, regardless of materials, form or size. This applies, amongst other things, to materials such as wood, plastic, plaster, steel, fabric and painted versions of existing designs. We are deeply committed to safeguarding the originality of our designers, designs and rights holders; consequently, any copying, alteration or reproduction (without a separate written agreement with Spring Copenhagen) will infringe our copyright and rights to commercial exploitation and may therefore be subject to legal action.

We have made a single exception upon request: we are grateful and delighted that so many people share an interest in and love for our various designs. It is therefore possible to create crocheted versions of our designs, as we view this as a tribute to the individual design. We therefore permit, by way of exception, the creation of crocheted versions of our designs, but only for private use and only subject to a written agreement with Spring Copenhagen. Under no circumstances will we accept the crocheted versions being sold or otherwise exploited commercially, unless this has been specifically agreed with Spring Copenhagen. If the crochet patterns are shared in online forums or groups, this must also be agreed in writing. Any breach of the above may result in legal action.
