Behind Kjær Bak are designers Karen Bak and Charlotte Kjær Pedersen, who since 2016 have been creating accessories for wooden figures, inspired by their shared love of styling, aesthetics and personality.

The idea grew from a simple thought: if you can style people and give them personality through small details, why not do the same with wooden figures?

With bags, glasses, hats, aprons and other little accessories, Karen and Charlotte give the figures new looks, character and humour – and the chance to tell their very own little stories.
