How to return your goods bought on springcopenhagen.com

Refunds, requirements when returning
The goods you want to return are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Any damage occurring during return/shipping of the goods to our warehouse is your responsibility. Ensure you pack the return goods well and securely, to prevent damage to the goods and the original packaging, which will affect the value of the goods.
Save all your receipts and tracking numbers as proof that the goods have been returned.
If the goods or the original packaging have been used or used more than normal to check them, you will be responsible for any loss of value. So remember to handle the goods as you normally would do so in a store. Once we have received the goods at our warehouse, you will be notified if they have suffered any loss of value, and if the refund will be less than the price you paid. We reserve the right to withhold a refund if it transpires that the product has been used, has visible scratches or wear and tear, and if the original packaging is not intact.
If we accept your return order as valid and the goods can be sold again, we will refund you the full purchase price. We do not cover the cost of return shipping. Refunds are made to the credit card (or payment method) used to place the order. Allow up to 14 days after receipt of the goods at our warehouse.
Warranty claims and defective goods
Spring Copenhagen’s webshop trades according to the Sale of Goods Act and the guidelines provided by the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority.
Any warranty claim must comply with the Act’s rules, which means that you can claim concerning defects and deficiencies occurring within 24 months of purchase or delivery of the goods.
This right does not include damage, faults or wear and tear due to lack of maintenance, ordinary wear or incorrect use. Warranty claims must be made within ‘a reasonable period’ after the defect is detected. A timely warranty claim is within two months of the fault being detected.
If your claim is justified, you can have the goods repaired, replaced by a new product or a refund. This is decided on an individual basis, in consultation with our Customer Service Department.
